Introducing Luke Collard, Sommelier

Our Head Sommelier, Luke Collard, has joined the Civico 47 team after four years at Public Dining Room. Originally from New Zealand, Luke has one of the most extensive hospitality histories of our staff. He has worked in six countries, as well as at the prestigious Ormeggios at the the Spit, Pilu at Freshwater and Jonahs. Luke has a decorated Sommelier CV and is an accredited and well-travelled wine educator and former restaurant owner. He has a passion good wine & food and is more than happy to talk about both!
