Italian Wine School
Benvenuti alla Scuola del Vino!
Welcome to Wine School!
Civico 47 Wine School is back for 2026.
Now in our fourth year, wine school is an enjoyable way of learning more about Italian wine and food. Region by region we examine the wine styles of Italy, from north to south, highlands to islands.
Each month we look at an Italian region in depth, with seven wines to match a five course menu by our Executive Chef Matteo Zamboni. We kick off with Toscana (Tuscany) in February, and visit ten regions in total, finishing with Sardegna (Sardinia) in November.
Each ticket costs $295 per head and includes dinner, wines, and guided tasting with notes by our sommelier Luca Collardini. His passion for Italian wines is renowned, and he’s ready to share that passion and knowledge with you.
So if you just got back from Italy, or you’re just about to go - or just want a bit more knowledge - find your region and book today.
